Paul graduated from the University of Guelph in 1986 with a degree in management economics. He worked in the retail banking sector, arranging mortgages prior to achieving his real estate license. With over 22 years with Royal LePage- Royal City Realty, Paul consistently places amongst the Top 10 realtors in the Guelph and District Real Estate Board. For the past 6 years he has been awarded the Platinum Award, which is awarded to the Top 5% of sales representatives across the nation. In 2006 he upgraded his license to Broker. Paul is also a member of Rotary Club of Guelph- Trillium, and he is also an active Ironman competitor.

Paul works full-time assisting hundreds of people buy or sell real estate. He is a devoted father to his two children Elisa & Cameron and therefore understands the demands of a busy home life.

Paul is joined by Wendy Hardy, his Administrative Assistant, who manages the marketing and daily details of the business. Wendy has worked with Paul for the past 5 years. As a past business owner, she uses her managerial experience to keep the team organized and business running smoothly. Wendy ensures that listings and deals are processed quickly, expedites the marketing plan set out for your home, and oversees all of the behind-the-scene administrative details. With Wendy on board, Paul can dedicate more time meeting clients, showing homes and putting together offers that will result in getting your home sold, and finding your new home.
