Paul graduated from the University of Guelph in 1986 with a degree in management economics. He worked in the retail banking sector, arranging mortgages prior to achieving his real estate license. With over 22 years with Royal LePage-Royal City Realty, Paul consistently places amongst the Top 10 realtors in the Guelph & District Association of Realtors. For the past 6 years he has received the Diamond Award, which is given to the Top 5% of sales representatives with Royal LePage across the nation. In 2006 he upgraded his license to Broker. Paul is a member of the Rotary Club of Guelph-Trillium, and he is also an active Ironman competitor. He works full time assisting hundreds of people buy or sell real estate. He is a devoted father to his two children Elisa & Cameron and therefore understands the demands of a busy home life.

Stephanie Riley joined Paul at Royal LePage Royal City in 2006. After spending the better part of a decade as a Marketing Director and working alongside Toronto’s top real estate professionals, she obtained her real estate license and returned home to Guelph. Stephanie’s primary role on the team is to handle the Buyer Clients, pre-qualifying Buyers, research listings, preview new listings, actively work the kiosk at the Stone Road Mall, and follow up on leads to find potential Buyers for your home. Wendy Evans has worked with Paul for the past 5 years. As a past business owner, she uses her managerial experience to keep the team organized and business running smoothly. Wendy ensures that listings and deals are processed quickly, expedites the marketing plan set out for your home, and oversees all of the behind-the-scene administrative details. With Wendy on board, Paul and Stephanie can dedicate more time meeting clients, showing homes and putting together offers that will result in getting your home sold, and finding your new home.
