After graduating from Tehran University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Nassir started working in the residential construction field as a Construction Site Engineer. From 1983 to 1998 he worked as a Head of Construction Site and a Senior Engineer/Builder. As a builder, Nassir dealt with the consumers directly to sell his company’s products where he acquired valuable knowledge and understanding of the real estate business.

He moved to Canada with his family in 1998 and started working in the construction field. Four years experience in different positions such as Construction Project Manager, gave him enough knowledge about Canadian residential and commercial construction to switch to his passion, the real estate business.

As a resident of Guelph, Nassir joined Royal LePage Royal City Realty in 2002. Since then, he has consistently been receiving the President’s Gold Award. This honour is awarded to the Top 10% of Royal LePage sales representatives across the nation.

Nassir and his wife, who is a partner with Guelph Midwives, are proud to serve the Guelph community and to call Guelph their home. Nassir believes that success is built on HONESTY, KNOWLEDGE OF THE BUSINESS, PATIENCE, AND HARD WORK.
