Alan received a degree in Geography and Environmental Assessment, with Honours from Lakehead University in 1998. He spent a considerable amout of his coursework studying G. I. S. Urban Planning and land use planning.

After university, Alan spent several years working in the world of marketing and advertising. Having had an opportunity to work closely with several realtors and residential development projects, a transition to the industry for himself was inevitable.

Alan is experienced in all aspects of the Guelph and area market, from commercial buildings to condos to executive country estates. His negotiation skills are second to none, and he always works hard to get his clients the best value he can.
